30-DAY GUARANTEE
Cloozr is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the Service doesn't fit your needs, we'll refund you in full, no questions asked.
Refund conditions
- The request must be made within 30 days of the payment date.
- The refund applies to the most recent payment (monthly billing or one-off purchase).
- No reason is required.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed directly by Cloozr (EMAudition) via Stripe. To submit a request:
- Go to billing.stripe.com with the email address you used at checkout;
- Or contact our support at contact@cloozr.com and we'll initiate the request for you.
The refund is typically credited within 5 to 10 business days to the payment method used at checkout.
Subscription cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from billing.stripe.com or from your Cloozr account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period: you keep access until that date and won't be billed for the next period.
Pro free trial (3 days)
The Pro plan includes a 3-day free trial. You're only billed at the end of the trial period. You can cancel any time during the trial and you'll never be charged.
